WPP Madrid

The WPP Madrid Campus is located in the brutalist former Telefònica headquarters, in Madrid's Chamberi neighbourhood. Comprehensively refurbished by BDG, the 35,000sq m campus brings together 2,500 people from WPP's 30-plus agencies in Madrid, bringing them under one roof into an integrated, connected and collaborative workspace. 

The building – which boasts central Madrid's largest single floor plate and its highest floor-to-ceiling heights of just under 5m – was derelict prior to the arrival of WPP. Its principal 140m-long  facades have been replaced, while the building's rear exterior space has been re-imagined as a split-level garden that connects to café, shared workspaces, restaurant and bar spaces.
