Restoration of a series of Grade II-listed early-19th century granary Warehouses in Grimsby, plus the addition of new elements, to create the Horizon Youth Zone.

Designed by John Puttick Associates, the project includes a new-build sports hall clad in zinc, a mesh-clad volume containing a climbing wall, plus a central gathering space with café.
