Do you do custom prints?

We do, for certain items! Please get in touch for a quote.

Do you offer sizes other than A1, A2 and A3 for prints?

Currently these are all we offer as standard. But if you require another size, please get in touch to discuss.

Do you sell frames?

Not online, but we occasionally sell framed prints for local collection or delivery, near to our gallery space in Deptford, SE8.

How will my order be sent?

Unframed prints are sent either in stiff-backed envelopes (A3) or in a durable cardboard tube, securely wrapped and packaged (A2 and A1). Prints are further protected with an archival envelope, or wrapped in archival tissue.

How long will my order take?

Every order is printed on demand at our studio/gallery. We hand print/package each order ourselves, so please bear that in mind when ordering. Orders are typically processed weekly and the maximum wait time is around 10–14 days depending on our workload.

Prints are sent via Royal Mail and aim to take 24hours from shipment. However, current circumstances with the pandemic may affect delivery timings. Please see Royal Mail's website for more detailed info.

You will be notified when the order is received and furthermore when shipped.

Help! My order is missing or damaged.

Occasionally orders become delayed due to Royal Mail internal issues. However if your order hasn't turned up after 10 days, please get in touch via the contact form or email.

If your order arrived damaged, please get in touch straight away and we'll sort a replacement out.

Do you ship internationally?

We can do, but please be aware that due to increasing costs for certain countries, prices will be high and you may incur other charges such as customs tax, etc. Please get in touch for more information.
